There’s 5 sets of meals for different times throughout the day that can be adapted from 300-400-500 calories. There’s about 7/8 for each meal and they’re all easy to make and look delicious. The nutritional values are shown and they’re ideal for heavy workouts and quick and easy to eat on the go!
